The lab will also be beneficial in collaborative research projects at JNU.
“JNU has developed this state-of-the-art animal research facility that will enhance the quality and range of investigations in biomedical research at JNU. It will further provide training and exposure on how to ethically handle and use valuable laboratory animals to academic researchers and young scientists working in various fields of life sciences and systems medicine,” said Vice Chancellor M Jagadesh Kumar said in the statement.
