The Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid) is an initiative of sector organizations in the financial services sector and the Consumers' Association. Kifid is an independent complaints institution and its services are funded by the affiliated service providers through a foundation. The board of the complaints institution and market parties have no influence on the handling or outcome of a complaint. The Ombudsman, the Disputes Committee and the Appeals Committee do their work independently and impartially.
If you have a complaint about financial products or services, you can contact Kifid. They mediate in disputes between consumers and banks, insurers, intermediaries and other financial service providers.
